I have been wanting some green chili (hatch) chicken posole. It’s so yummy
One big can of hominy 105 oz 4 pieces of chicken thighs with bone in ,4 chicken breast 12 New Mexico chili pods hot and about 8 tomatillo, fresh garlic, and onion ,salt garlic ,and onion powder as well. And chicken paste you can find it on the soup aisle gives the posole really good flavor.
